California Privacy Notice
This California Privacy Notice (“California Notice”) applies to all stores, websites (“Sites”), and mobile applications (“Apps”) owned or operated by All Saints Retail Limited (“AllSaints”) whereby AllSaints collects the personal information of California residents.The Sites and App shall be collectively referred to as the “Services.” In this California Notice, “we”, “our”, and “us” refer to AllSaints, and “you”, “your”, “user” mean uses of the Services.
Please read this California Notice carefully. BY ACCESSING AND/OR USING OUR SITES, VISITING OUR STORES, USING OUR SERVICES, OR COMMUNICATING WITH US IN ANY MANNER, YOU REPRESENT THAT YOU HAVE READ AND UNDERSTOOD THIS CALIFORNIA NOTICE.
All terms and phrases used herein shall have the same meaning as set forth under the California Consumer Privacy Act of 2018 and its related regulations (“CCPA”).
To learn more about the categories of personal information we collect from and about California residents, including the sources of collection and including those categories we have collected in the last twelve months, please see the Information We May Collect From You section in our Privacy Policy. There may be a limited set of your personal information that is provided to Rakuten Advertising whereby Rakuten Advertising may receive some value from your information. Under the CCPA, this may constitute a “sale” of your information. The type of information shared with Rakuten Advertising may include your IP address, digital identifiers, information about your web browsing and usage of our Services, information about how you interact with our ads, and certain analytic information. Please visit Rakuten Advertising’s Privacy Policy for more information. We have no actual knowledge that we sell the personal information of California residents who are under 16 years of age.

AllSaints provides a discount of 15% off full price styles on a customer’s first order in exchange for providing certain personal information, such as a user’s e-mail address.
Our discount program is based upon our reasonable but sole determination of the estimated value of the personal information of California residents provided, which takes into consideration, without limitation, estimates regarding the anticipated revenue generated from such information, the anticipated expenses which might be incurred in the collection, storage, and use of such information in the operation of our business, and other relevant factors related to the estimated value of such information to our business, as permitted under applicable law. Based on this analysis, we value the e-mail address we receive as equivalent to 15% off the average purchase by consumers.
By providing your email address during the discount sign-up process, the user affirmatively opts-in to our discount program. If a person wishes to opt-out of the discount program, do not submit the personal information.
If you wish to withdraw from the discount program, you may submit such a request by sending an e-mail to ask@allsaints.com before completing your order.
Right to Know. You have a have a right to submit a verifiable request, up to two times a year, for the following information from us:
- The categories of personal information we have collected from or about you.
- The categories of sources from which we have collected that personal information, and the business or commercial purpose for the collection.
- The categories of third parties with whom we have shared your personal information or sold your information, and the business or commercial purpose for said sharing or selling.
- Specific pieces of your personal information, subject to appropriate exceptions.
Please note, your request may only go back 12 months from the date of your request.
Right to Delete. You have a right to request that we delete your personal information, subject to certain exceptions such as if the information is necessary to complete the transaction for which the information was collected, detect security incidents, protect against malicious, deceptive, fraudulent, or illegal activity, identify and repair errors and for various other reasons available under California law.
Right to Opt-Out.
Although we do not sell your personal information in the traditional sense, the definition of “sale” under the CCPA is very broad and may cover many common business activities not otherwise considered a “sale”, such as sharing certain technical information with third party data
analytics, marketing, and advertising partners. You have a right to opt-out of this sharing. Below is a list of companies with whom AllSaints shares your information in this regard, and ways you may opt-out.
Rakuten. AllSaints utilizes Rakuten Advertising for certain advertising purposes. When you interact with our Services, Rakuten may collect your IP address, digital identifiers, information about your web browsing and app usage and how you interact with our
properties and ads for a variety of purposes, such as personalization of offers of advertisements, analytics about how you engage with websites or ads and other commercial purposes. Please visit Rakuten Advertising

Facebook & Google. We may display interest-based ads to you when you are using Facebook through tools offered by Facebook based on cookies and other tracking technologies. We may also display interest-based ads to you when you are using Google
and other websites signed up to Google’s Ad programs based on cookies and other tracking technologies. If you would like to opt out of re-targeted Facebook or Google ads, you can visit aboutads.info, networkadvertising.org, or youradchoices.ca. If you are using a mobile device,
your device may also include a feature (“Limit Ad Tracking” on iOS or “Opt Out of Ads Personalization” on Android) that allows you to opt-out of having certain information collected through mobile apps used for behavioral advertising purposes. If you block cookies at a browser level or use a different computer or browser to access our platforms,
you should review your cookie settings again.
Exercising Your Rights. To submit a request to know or delete, you may send an e-mail to ask@allsaints.com or call us toll-free at 0018556148889. You may also designate an authorized agent to submit a request on your behalf.
Right of Non-Discrimination. We will not discriminate against you in any way if you choose to exercise your rights under the CCPA.
Verification. In order to protect your personal information and prevent against fraud, we may verify your identity before responding to your requests to know or delete by matching the information provided in your request with the information we have on file about you, and depending on the sensitivity of information requested utilizing more stringent verification methods, including but not limited to requesting additional information from you and/or requiring you to sign a declaration under penalty of perjury. For any request to know or delete, please provide your first and last name, address, email address, and telephone number.
California Civil Code § 1798.83 permits you to request information regarding the disclosure of your information by us to third parties for their direct marketing purposes. Note that our response to these requests will be duplicative of and more limited than its response to Right to Know requests under the CCPA (described above). To make such a request, please send an email to ask@allsaints.com with the subject line, "CALIFORNIA SHINE THE LIGHT REQUEST".
If you are a California resident under the age of 18, California Business and Professions Code § 22581 permits you to request and obtain removal of content or information you have publicly posted on any of our Websites. To make such a request, please send an email with a detailed description of the specific content or information to ask@allsaints.com with the subject line “CALIFORNIA MINOR CONTENT REMOVAL REQUEST.” Please be aware that such a request does not ensure complete or comprehensive removal of the content or information you have posted and there may be circumstances in which the law does not require or allow removal even if requested.
In addition, under California law, website operators are required to disclose how they respond to web browser "do not track" signals or other similar mechanisms that provide consumers the ability to exercise choice regarding the collection of personal information of a consumer over time and across third party websites, to the extent the operator engages in that collection. At this time, we do not track our customers' personal information over time and across third-party websites. This law also requires website operators to disclose whether third parties may collect personally identifiable information about their users' online activities over time and across different Sites when the users use the operator's website. AllSaints does not knowingly permit third parties to collect personally identifiable information about an individual consumer's online activities over time and across different web sites when a consumer uses our Services.
